As the leader of one of the largest children’s advocacy centers and child trauma treatment centers in the nation throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized how our collective trauma has impacted how we engage in, relate, and show up in our work and our personal lives.

Trauma-Informed Innovations Group, LLC was founded in 2024 support individuals, organizations, and communities in integrating trauma-informed principles into their daily practices and support them in creating cultures of compassion and accountability. Our Vision is to embed trauma-informed cultures into organizations across the world.
